「The property was worn down. The furniture in the kitchen, bath and living room was stained and worn. The rugs were very dirty or so badly stained they didn’t come clean. The bedding felt unclean and the sheets were pilled. There was hair on the bedding in one bedroom. There was a smell to the property that the owner said was probably from dampness in the basement.
The house is old so some things are to be expected but not with the cleanliness and wear and tear of the furniture.

「Michelle, and her team were truly awesome! We do wish the place would have had a washer and dryer, cooking utensils, more hand and kitchen towels, over door hangers for used towels, also, broom and mop, need more lamps for bedrooms. WiFi was a little spotty, maybe a book with instructions and near by groceries and services. This is our wish list! For the next time we come into Grand Rapids.Can’t wait to come back!!」

「This is absolutely not an accurate listing. Upon check in we were givin a dirty room with "white" stains on the office chair and the induction stove top fell apart when opening the drawer inderneath and pubic hair in the tub under our "clean" towels, and that was only our first 10 minutes of being there.the front desk only allowed us to change rooms once they went and veriefied the messes in the room which werent hard to find if they would actually inspect the rooms after cleaning.
