Wonderful Stay

This property was so cute and cozy! The neighborhood was quiet and close to everything. The beds were really comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and spacious. Perfect for our group of 6. Highly recommend!

Great location and home

We had a great time staying in Grand Rapids. The place was in a great location and nicely updated. Located in a quiet neighbourhood with plenty of parking. Backyard was very nice to have as well. We would recommend this spot to anyone traveling to Grand Rapids.

Great location to downtown

We were in town for a wedding, location was about 9 minutes to downtown which was perfect. Overall, the house was really cute and clean. My only complaint would be that the living room area is very small, so if you are planning to hang out all together, it is a bit tight. I would stay here again if I was back in town.

Nice clean home

Great place to stay! Nicely remodeled house with many amenities! Close to zoo and some good restaurants! Not too far from downtown, though our time was spent at the lantern festival at the zoo. The beds were comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Haven for exploring Grand Rapids

We were 4 friends wanting a place to mingle together while golfing west Michigan. The home is beautiful inside and has all the amenities you’d need. We’d 100% recommend!

House was clean and close to town. Houses are very close together and the streets are a bit challenging to navigate, but host was great and house met the needs of our weekend!

We stayed here to attend a concert at Van Andel Arena. The house was very clean and updated. Everything we needed was provided as in the property description. Location to downtown was great! Owners were very responsive and provided us all the info we needed for check in, etc.

Clean and modern

Clean, modern, bright and comfortable place with easy peasy check-in and out. The design was really cool and everyone in my party was comfortable. I appreciated the book of instructions and all of the local food and entertainment recommendations. The owners are clearly thoughtful people. The only thing I’d do differently next time is bring my own pillow because those provided were all pretty thick and I just happen to prefer a thinner one. Thanks for a great stay in a fun city!

Girls weekend!

Great little gem perfect for a weekend getaway. The host was extremely responsive which was great! Enough space so everyone was comfortable and comfy beds (always a plus). Only heads up - not much for kitchen supplies (pots, pans, etc) so if you plan to cook meals you may need to just be prepared! Since all of our days were planned we didn’t use the kitchen a ton but did appreciate the coffee bar!

Weekend in Grand Rapids

We loved staying here for the weekend. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The yeti cups were a great addition to the kitchen, but I wish there had been more utensils/cleaning supplies for cooking. The laundry room/single bedroom was quite humid and smelled a little musky. The extra towels in there were wet. Otherwise, we enjoyed our two night stay!

Cute Property!

The pictures were exactly as the property! Perfectly located 6 minutes from amazing food and drinks! 15 min from wineries and the outlet! We had a larger group with us and needed more towels than they had onsite. Not only were the owners super responsive (within minutes) they came out within hours to deliver what we asked! I would book again!

Perfect for what we needed

My family and I were here for one night to go to the local ice skating rink and the public museum. Total of 6 guests. The communication and cleanliness was great! Would recommend more space for those to sit in the living room area. Other than that, perfect for what we needed it for. Thank you!

Great Family Stay

Our family group of 7 adults came to GR for an event. Our overnight stay at Trent and Jenna's home was great. The home is well equipped and very clean. Each of our 3 couples had a private sleeping area, and the single bed area is very private also. The beds are comfy, including the pull out sofa bed. The 2 full bathrooms are roomy and clean with nice showers. The location has great parking, was quiet, and it was a quick and easy drive to downtown and expressways. Communication with Jenna and Trent was easy and quick. Our entire group enjoyed staying here, and we recommend it highly!

No A/C in upstair's bedroom

We had difficulty checking in because we never received the access door code from the host. After several messages and phone calls, we finally got it well after 4;00 pm check in. There were no bath or hand towels available, but the host delivered some while we were away at dinner. There is NO a/c in the large bedroom upstairs with 2 queen beds. There are 2 fans in the room, but it was so hot my daughter could not stay in there. There is a large portable a/c unit in the master bedroom which works well, but it is extremely loud. The renovation is nice, but furniture is IKEA quality. On a postive note, the king bed was comfortable and all the little touchs (shampoos, soaps, hair dryer) and YETI mugs were appreciated.
