「The Cochrane Inn is run by a pair of wonderful sisters, Rica and Winky. I arrived at the Inn way ahead of the check-in time and was exhausted due to the longhaul flight. They offered me complimentary breakfast and accompanied me while I was waiting in the lobby. The room was clean and comfortable. This was my first time being able to fall asleep on a hotel bed without the help of melatonin pills! The Cochrane Inn is truly a magical house to me! 「The Roost is beautiful! Right when you walk in, you’ll be in awe. The location is great, everything in walking distance. We parked in a parking lot just beside the hotel for $80 and that was overnight parking for 2 nights. The staff was friendly and check in was easy. Our room was nice, clean and bright. Only complaint was that due to Saturday night being in full swing, it was very noisy and we heard it all from our room. There was a white noise machine in our room so they definitely are aware...

「Excellent hotel. Gorgeously appointed. Lovely room. Had a bit of trouble getting service. One day they didn’t clean our room despite saying they were sending someone. Another time our request for shampoo/conditioner (which weren’t stocked when we arrived to the room) never arrived. Otherwise lovely. 」

「For anything downtown near Caesar's Arena, this will be my future hotel choice. Staff was friendly, easily walked, well lit and signed distance to the venue. There is also a tram that stops on Woodward ave, right in front of the hotel, and runs every 15 minutes to attractions along Woodward Avenue, downtown. Clean room, friendly staff, parking structure adjacent. 」

「Fabulous, fabulous place to stay! Beautiful interior and immaculately clean. I stayed two days and would definitely stay again in the future. The communications from Kasa were clear and comprehensive. Nice little touches like ear plugs, bottled water and cookies. Right in the heart of downtown Detroit, but I still found it quiet and safe. By far, the best place I stayed on my tour through Michigan.」
