"Very economical choice, with kitchenettes, but housekeeping more than once in two weeks is a charge. The staff are efficient and accommodating and they will swap you clean towels and linens. They have kits of kitchen stuff like plates or utensils available. There is a frequent bus to Downtown and Central Campus, a six-minute walk away at “The Ride” bus stop in the Briarwood Mall parking lot. You can pay for a $3 day pass on your phone and just show the bus driver. Much easier "

Our daughter was a student at U of M and we have stayed at many of the on-campus hotels throughout the years. The Vanguard is in a class of its own! I can't wait to stay there again!!!
