The toilet in our room wouldn't flush and we found what may have been a cockroach. We told the desk and she immediately put us in a different room. The tubs finish was coming off. The room and motel, in general, seemed fairly clean. The staff was nice. I liked having coffee (room had a small coffee maker too) and hot cocoa available in the lobby. Probably should have been offered a small refund for the inconvenience of having to move our stuff from one room to another though.

La habitación muy limpia y gracias a la atención del personal nos pudimos hospedar ahí, ya que no había ningún registro con la reservación, al principio fue muy problemático porque no apareció la reserva en su sistema, pero gracias a la persona que nos atendió, ella nos solucionó el problema dándonos las habitaciones con la misma tarifa de la reserva. No central air and the in room heater ran hot. My wife and I were up throughout the night and adjusted the digital thermostat on the fan down to 62 and were still hot and slept poorly. The advertised breakfast was all carbs. Cereal, waffles, and small muffins. Very basic and stingy. No eggs, bacon, sausage, gravy, fried potatoes or anything that would make you happy about paying more for a breakfast. If I could do it over, I would have stayed somewhere else.

The room was very clean, the staff was extremely nice and helpful. I didn't get a chance to try the sauna or hot tub but they look very nice and well kept. It was quiet at night which is always a good thing. seem to be in a very nice area to where I and my belongings and vehicle felt safe . The breakfast Left a lot to be desired they did have a two waffle makers but not much else but dry cereal.
