“The environment is very good, the transportation and parking are convenient, the hotel is clean and sanitary, and the service is good.”

“I was given 2 room options, first room wasn’t clean. The refrigerator was dirty and the pillowcases had a woman’s hair all over them. Our second room was much better but we did not have towels, so I had to request them in which they didn’t have washcloths. They only had hand towels for us to bathe with.. no restaurant open, some of the gaming systems were broken and not enough staff”

“Great room. Large enough for four to stay.”

“Full hotel alarms went off at 3:45 in the morning for approx 15 min. A voice came over the PA instructing that this was “not a test” - but no information given pertaining to if we should stay in our rooms, exit the hotel etc. After 15min the announcement said “the emergency had been corrected”. No additional information was provided. The next day the staff could provide no detail and we were not compensated for a terrible night. Add to that - the restaurants are bad. ”

“The room was magnificent and the staff really went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was good. The view was magnificent - I can only imagine how it looks in the summer.”
