“The property was under construction and looked nothing like the photos. Then once getting in the room, the tub was so dirty that my mom grabbed the towels to clean it and they were completely black. She then threw them away and while Checking out, they tried to charge her for the towels she used to clean their dirty tub. Awful experience and will never book here again.”

“In Owosso there are few options for a hotel and the Comstock is probably the best. The hallways & elevators needed cleaning bad. The room was adequate but the foam beads offered no support at all. I sleep on a firm bed and found theirs to be extremely uncomfortable.”

“May be the reason for the early morning, no one in the hall, almost to sleep, the key and the name on the door do not match, looking for a long time, the room is very hot, the air is not cold enough, the bed is also covered with plush cushions! Health is generally not very satisfactory.”

“The hotel is in need of a bit of remodel but was just what we needed when coming from out of state for a funeral. Everyone was helpful at breakfast and when we needed bedding for the pull-out couch.”

“Overall we had a great stay, but it started out very disappointing. My husband and I were on a getaway for his 50th birthday and we had stayed in a bed and breakfast the night before. I had scheduled spa appointments at 1pm so we figured we would go to the hotel early and see if they weren't sold out on a random Thursday night and perhaps they might have a room ready.
