Hotel was nice, room was spacious. Pool is no longer an outdoor/indoor pool like advertised, and the pool water and hot tub water smelled like it came from the pond outside, not enjoyable to sit in, came out smelling like mold. Bar/restaurant was nice and enjoyable with a live band and great food. Staff was very friendly.

The property was in various stages of renovations but was otherwise in good condition. The friendly staff was helpful. The breakfast (that I paid for) was good, my eggs were scrambled just as requested. The room was clean and comfortable.

The staff were wonderful but the bed and pillows were horrible. We also didn’t bring in our toiletries as we were just sleeping and leaving early so we used what they had in the shower and the shampoo and the body wash were empty.

This was the best room that we stayed on on our vacation. The King suite was beautiful and the staff was very helpful. We found the golf course to be very nice and well-maintained, and very much enjoyed our time here.

It’s a nice hotel, the staff is super nice. For the price, it was a resort vibe. But if you stay on the first floor on garden side you hear everything. The walls are like paper.. I can hear everyone’s convo.. slamming things. Very noisy hotel. The beds are comfortable.

My room was very clean, and very close to Saginaw state University. I was so happy to find this hotel after a long day at a conference and cancelling two other hotels. The grounds were nice but needs a little landscaping cleanup. I was very happy with my stay , that would be my only tip

I really went for the swimming pool but it was a let down pics are beautiful and it was clean. It is just a little over 3 feet so it is a kiddy pool. The staff for both the hotel and restaurant were amazing. This is an amazing maze of a place. Do please ask for a map. I wish I would have. The room was clean and beautiful. The bed and pillows were excellent. Over all I give them a solid 4 only because of the maze of confusion that I had to navigate to the kiddy pool. Staff again were absolutely fantastic. We will come and staycation again.
