Top Saginaw Location

Absolutely beautiful property. The building was immaculate and the grounds were manicured. Room was absolutely spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I will definitely be back to this location.

The property was close to restaurants and shopping. The beds were worn out, breakfast staff spent more time chatting in then back then they did making sure all food was prepped. They need to have a designated smoking place for staff where customers don’t see them.

Wonderful.

We enjoyed our suite. Large, comfortable, very nice amenities. Room, hallways and breakfast room were clean and well maintained. The breakfast was wonderful. Many options and good quality. Nice hotel. I’m not sure who did it but someone went around and cleaned off the snow from every car in the lot overnight. Thank you,

Improve: Ducts in the room needed cleaning. Maintenance man with no uniform or identification randomly shows up to our room asking if we needed a tub fixed. We did not. Need better disposal of breakfast dishes. Sustain: The rooms are spacious and the appliances work. Rooms are clean, and have plenty of outlets. Gym equipment consists of Life Fitness ellipticals and treadmill. Common areas are well kept, and the front desk staff went above and beyond.

Total disappointment! When we walked into the room, both sets of curtains were torn, we found a hug centipede and spider! The chairs were ripped, appliances were dirty, and we wouldn’t sit on the couch as it was disgusting. The hotel associate barely spoke to us and was watching a loud tv. While the hotel offered free breakfast, we would not eat it given the lack of cleanliness. We expected so much more from Marriott given the good reviews on Expedia and were completely disappointed. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

To begin, my room had a horrible stench of dirty wet dog blended with animal urine. We were then given a can of air freshener. The counters were sticky, and our room had several big spiders. We changed rooms the next day and paid full price even after expressing our concerns. The pool room door was broken making the only access through an outside area door. On day 2 we were constantly disturbed by “groups” of young teens running and loudly screaming up and down the hallways. Overall a bad experience for my 8 year anniversary.
