“The home itself was beautiful, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was extremely responsive and attentive, which we really appreciated.However, we did have two major issues during our stay. First, the pool was not properly cleaned—the pool guy came but didn’t do a thorough job. More importantly, the house had a serious spider problem. We were constantly killing spiders throughout the weekend, which made it hard to fully relax. The property really needs to……
