「During this stay, my daughter and I checked in at about 8:45 p.m., went up to our room and discovered that our room smelled like smoke. It was as if someone had been smoking in the room and covered it with aerosol. I called the front desk, but nobody picked up. So I walked down to the front desk to let them know, but I had to bring all my bags back down with the keys, carrying my toddler, then be given new keys and assigned a new room. Once we were in our new room, there were several guests...

「The place was very easy to find and was in a unique place- walking distance to nearby restaurants, stores, downtown- and even a farmer's market 3 blocks away on the weekend. Access to the property was easy to understand and check out was a breeze. They were even able to hold my luggage downstairs until 4pm while I went out and had some brunch! I didn't have a car, so parking wasn't an issue. Plenty of Ubers nearby, as well as Bird scooters, which I used mainly to get around. The restaurant...

「I never even checked in (missed my flight because the dominican airport has subpar internet speeds. I couldn't reach a human to resolve my flight issue. I can't control airports, their staff, or the timeliness of these pilots/air crew. All these things can fall through but I'm on the hook bc greedy people need upfront pay knowing that things happen that's outside of the traveler's scope of control.」

「The room is quite tight but with all well designed necessities which the customers demand is considered . Most functions of dining , meeting and working are allocated in its lobby areas to get the community more closely. The only thing I am not get used to is u need to carry the bottle of filled water from the lobby cafe areas which might not convenient especially in the evening or for guest who prefer to drink hot tea or coffee at room.」
