"Terrible experience the guest house was filthy, it had one fork, it did not have working Internet or a working TV. It said it had a blender. It did not it didn’t even have proper sheets on the bed. I found a giant cockroach in the bathroom. I asked Vrbo to move me immediately. They just gave me a runaround and never moved me. I had to buy a Roku to make the TV work for myself. "Absolutely a perfect place for a family of four looking to enjoy Hollywood. Food and entertainment are within walking distance. The neighborhood is dog-friendly. I wish I had brought my furry love. The clubhouse was a huge plus, and the kids enjoyed playing pool and foosball. The rooms are spacious and so are the restrooms. The Crescent Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"You will not get a better location with a better price!! It’s a gem! A very small, unique boutique hotel with a lot of personality! Yes, the rooms are quite small, actually the whole hotel is small, but I doubt you go to Beverly Hills to spend time in the hotel anyways so that shouldn’t be a problem. Make sure to visit the restaurant downstairs- it’s gorgeous. And once again- location, location, location. I had my doubts but I’m so glad I decided to book Crescent!"

"Pro: Great area. Very nice staff. And clean. Con: instagram is really deceiving. Hotel appears older than what I expected considering they just opened a few months ago. The property is nothing much a quick renovation to an old hotel, the finishes in the washroom aren’t clean, carpet already looks dirty and it seems like old mattress with a new topper. Not comfortable at all. And the AC machine is LOUD and the digital number lights up the whole room at night."

"We had a lovely room which is expected at a 5-Star hotel. However, we had booked a room for 3 people but what was in the room (robes, slippers, towels, drinks, food) was only geared to 2 people. We had to request additional items be brought to the room which would seem like a detail a 5-Star hotel would be on top of. We had to ask for a few things twice - once at the desk and then again called because no one ever delivered what we requested. Items (cotton swabs, razor, etc.) were not replenished with the next cleaning which seemed like a lack of attention to detail. I say this because when you pay the price for a 5-Star hotel you should expect your expectations to be met and almost foreseen. We only ate one meal at the hotel during our stay - breakfast at the Polo Lounge - and the food was excellent and the service attentive. The grounds are secluded, private and well maintained."

"This place was amazing, there was plenty of space for our kids and ourselves. All the people we came across were super friendly and helpful. There's a 711 across the street that came in handy. David the host was always very kind and welcoming.I would definitely stay here again, the price was perfect and the location was great."

"Great place and great location. The only drawback was the parking situation. We had to double park to unload our car and then ended up having to park down the street. Other than that we had a great stay! Would def book again."
