「Stayed here for 3 nights, the apartment is exactly as pictured. The apartment was clean, bed was comfortable. No real complaints except for the process of the key fobs as it took some time to figure it out. But other than that I would definitely stay again now that I am familiar of the process. No complaints of the neighborhood. 」

「Great location, can be a bit noisy at times but it always subsides quickly. Clean and spacious condo, secure with safe off street parking. Plenty of stores nearby, parks and eateries. Pet friendly and service animals accommodated. I’d stay again.」

「Monika was a great host and was always accommodating. She communicated well and checked us in to ensure we were ready to go by answering all of our questions. The space is quaint but enough room where my spouse and I had plenty of room to spread out. The pool is very refreshing and the additional shared space is awesome to lounge in. It was not an issue but the air conditioner is a little loud and kept half the room cool. The fan provided did circulate the cool air around a bit. Off street...

「This apartment worked out great for our purposes in LA. It was close to UCLA and Westwood. The fact that it was two bedrooms and had a cute kitchen, really helped us spread out and feel comfortable while there. Also, very thankful for the parking spot in the back of apartment vs street parking. The apartment was a little difficult to find, so it could be better marked, and the stairs were a little old and scary, but there's not much you could do about that. All in all, great value and comforable...

Brian is an amazing host who went above & beyond in making sure we had everything we need. Accommodating and resourceful in giving us the lay of the land and plenty of recommendations. 「Great location… walk to beautiful beach and dining options. Clean and spacious apartment with very convenient parking!」

「The property is what you see in the photos. Great location. Even though you had to park on the street parking was available in front of the building. I would recommend a rooftop umbrella for shade when having morning coffee on the roof. But other than that would recommend this place. 」

「Incredible stay. House was awesome. View was awesome. Hamilton cove is awesome for swimming, snorkeling and actually being in nature. Bring a good mask and fins please. Golf cart super handy for running around. One kid got a viral cold and that was a bummer but the rest of us had a blast. You can watch your kids swim from the condo balcony. Feels super safe. The beach is a NICE ESCAPE from the Descanso Beach CLUB where the loud music NEVER stops...would stay again if I could afford it...

"Room: clean, quite new Staff: generally very nice and friendly, we had a good chat with the staff who arrange our check-in, and explain to us everything we need to know. The staff in the restaurant were very nice too, fully aware what we need before we voice out. But the staff who help with the luggage socked me a bit because I forgot to give the tips, but face changed in seconds when I gave out the note….tips culture is so hard for me Location: excellent if you are visiting universal studios you have the free shuttle at the hotel Food: we paid the breakfast and it was great, don’t forget the waffles! "
