“Disappointing stay, listing and actual property did not match.
Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing and did not match the expectations created by the listing.
The biggest concern was that the property and listing photos did not appear to match the unit we were provided. I would recommend that future guests carefully confirm that the photos and amenities shown are for the specific unit they are booking.
There were also several cleanliness concerns during our stay. We found pubic hair in……

“Great stay for a couple wanting access to LA but wanting to stay somewhere outside of the city. Culver City fits the bill and feels like a small town, but it's still fairly easy to get to all the things in LA (with a car, duh). The place is in a quiet, safe, neighborhood, parking on the street is easy, and being able to walk to restaurants and shops is a plus. The Jackson Market a couple of blocks away is awesome for coffee and sandwiches and the back courtyard is gorgeous.”

“Such a disappointment after traveling all day and just wanting to go to sleep. We were sent a link to a video clip on how to check in at the front gate, which we thought was great. However, the video was NOT accurate and we could not get inside the unit. After standing outside for some time, and no response from the owner, another tenant happened to walk by and let us in after showing her the VRBO reservation on our phone. There is no elevator, for those who may need that for accessibility……

“The property was delightful. It was close to the continuing center which was what we needed. It was a little confusing to find little grocery spots and stuff, but we figured it out. The rooftop pool was awesome and it didn't matter when we were out, someone was cleaning. I loved that. The door men were super accommodating and friendly. The parking was easy after I figured it out. The curtains were super good at keeping out the light and heat. The washer dryer was larger than other properties.”

“Great location. Place is very nice & cozy , Gorgeous rooftop pool area with amazing views of dtla. Has an in-unit laundry which is nice and full kitchen. I also like that the room was a separate space and the living room was very spacious. Red line metro is super close which made commuting very easy. Highly recommend walking to grand central market , which was a short walk over. Definitely would stay again...24 hour security in building was a bonus as well.”

“This was a spacious apartment- great for 4 of us visiting the area for a family event. It was super clean and the beds were comfortable. The host met us at the door and was easily reached if we needed anything. It's a very short drive to the downtown area (promenade and beach). The neighborhood in the block above the apartment (which is a half block from Wilshire) is very nice for walking. The kitchen had the necessities, although we didn't do much cooking. It was perfect for our long weekend.”
