「This apartment is promoted as a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom penthouse with pool. What they fail to promote is that there is a major plumbing issue with the bathrooms. One bathroom has a toilet that doesn't flush thoroughly and the other gurgles through the sink all day and night long. When we checked in, there was debris in the master bath toilet, which we reported. We also reported the gurgling in the second bathroom. a few hours later, the toilet backed up and the girgling god worse. Both reported...

The location was great and even had a grocery store within walking distance, so we didnt have to eat out every night. If and when I stay in Santa Monica again, this will be the first place I look at.」
