“This house was perfect for our week in California. Alicia and Ed were great hosts checking with us daily for any needs. The home was clean, kitchen stocked well. Plenty of shopping nearby for groceries. House is as shown in the pictures. Neighborhood great for walking My only minor complaint would be the mattress for the queen beds. ”

“* Access requires passage through a wooden gate on the East side of the main front house. Upon trying to enter the closed gate, there was no draw string to pull in order to release the latch. One would have to reach over the tall gate to release the latch. Same thing happened with an interior gate closer to the unit. No draw string attached. Had to reach over again. * We decided to utilize the washer unit in the kitchen area. After about five minutes, we discovered about an inch of water……

“Overall, this was a great stay for the value. Parking: There is only one designated parking spot that is first-come, first-served. There was a silver Porsche parked there 24/7 that seemed to belong to the resident of the property. It never moved and was never available during my stay. Thankfully, there is ample street parking available and I never was w/o parking. Pay attention to the street cleaning signs.Cleanliness: As someone who has a dust allergy, this space could use a deep clean. I found……
