The property’s posted quiet hours were repeatedly violated by a neighboring guest, causing significant disruption late at night. “PROS: parking was fairly easy, considering its only street parking. the shared kitchen was also convenient if you need. entrance to the place was smooth and easy to get to. CONS: the room and bathroom looks clean, but closely it was clearly not cleaned after the previous guest. there were stains on the floor — a substance that seems to have been there for a while, hair left on the pillow and bedsheets. in the bathroom, there were unknown orange streaks on the floor and a booger. — overall,……

“I did not even stay. I walked in, looked around and walked back out. I could not find any people at all after walking through the whole place. The neighborhood was sketchy and there was no parking. I could see in one of the rooms and there was essentially a crib in it. Luckily I was able to find a different place with availability and stayed there.”
