The week I was there they had closed the pool and restaurant area to guests . They didn’t offer guests any benefits ….like say a drink or breakfast coupon to make up for the absence of an outdoor lounge area, etc. When I checked in I was told by the clerk that he gave me an extra nice king suite . It was the basic egg crate concrete box as the other rooms I’ve stayed in here with a worse view . Ask to face the Hollywood hills side ….quieter and a better view .

Very good location for public transportation and dining options. Needed to request for coffee machine if you want one in your room. Sometimes housekeeping/front desk did not answer and when they did answer, sometimes will not have housekeeping sent to your door after the request was confirmed. Discouraged from renting a car due to very expensive parking per night rate compared to most hotels.

I wanted a hotel to stay in, that was modern, good restaurants and comfortable. It was everything I wanted. The room had a spectacular view (the windows on the outside can be cleaned), very clean, the bathroom with the necessities and very well lit. I loved it! It is close to downtown, the area where it is located is nice and has easy transportation options.

Probably my 5th-7th time staying here. Stayed here with friends before and now couples trip. Super convenient towards all of the Korean restaurants in koreatown and not too far from major beaches like Santa Monica, Venice and Little Tokyo.

I have stayed at the Line before, but this time they did not offer any of the VIP Platinum Perks. Still, I do like the location in the heart of Koreatown. Oddly, I had a random person knock on my door at 3 a.m. and I contacted the front desk and they sent security up right away, but no follow up on what happened.

The technology in the rooms is pretty out of date and could use an overhaul. The TV radio, plugs etc aren’t up to speed - the overall condition of the hotel is starting to show the effects of time. Great start as always.
