「We had a terrible and horrible experience. We booked for a 3 day stay last June 9-13,2026, ( temp averages 90-100) with my family including a 7 yo kid and a senior. The unit has no working AC. I informed the management and asked to send someone to check the AC. No reply.. sent messages again and demanded to give us another unit with working AC if he is not sending someone to check/fix the AC. With no AC working and high temperature on those days we barely can sleep and started to feel sick...

「Room, kitchen and bathroom were very clean and neat. Very spacious. Staff was really nice and helpful during check-in and check-out. There is no parking with the hotel but there is a parking lot where we parked our car overnight and it is right around the corner. Only issue we had, not sure if it was just our room but, we couldn’t get warm water in the tub or shower. Asides from that everything was great.」

「Good and clean hotel, and helpful staff. Good proximity (15 min walk) to Universal Studios Hollywood. Everything is good except that there's no food outlet available on-site, but they do provide complimentary drinks/coffee/tea. There is also a bus stop (Cahuenga/Barham) just right outside the hotel with a bus (222) going to/from Hollywood Boulevard in only 10-12 minutes. Great stay overall!」

「酒店有兩層高，住的是2樓，但2樓整條走廊很多很多小型的昆蟲四圍飛 客房也有幾隻，要自己努力去拍死牠 房間OK，可以接受。 但是外面有勁大的噪音， 每天一早不知是垃圾車還是其他車輛經過簡直好像火車般嘈吵 難怪酒店會附送耳塞。 另外客房內的冷氣機勁嘈，非常之影響睡眠。 但係可以一讚的是酒店所處的位置比較安全， 不會有太多遊民 另外酒店員工非常之好，這個一定要讚他」

「This boutique hotel just re-opened. Everything is very chic and squeaky clean. It was very lightly booked when I went so the staff were incredibly attentive. They're still working a few bugs out, but everything was pretty smooth. For example, there weren't instructions on parking, but when I arrived, I called their number. Instead of finding myself on hold, someone answered immediately and opened the garage remotely in seconds. The location is a block from the restaurants and H-Mart in...
