“Staff very friendly and parking convenient; however, thin walls and slanted drawers that continuously open. Also, the fragrance they use is very strong.”

“Phenomenal new boutique hotel in a great location. The entire team is welcoming and goes above and beyond to make your stay special. Beautifully designed property all around - room was spacious, clean and comfortable with great views. Nice to relax on the rooftop with a cocktail in the evening. Overall experience reminded me of some 5-star boutique properties I’ve stayed at in Europe. A real gem. Looking forward to coming back!”

“The room is quite tight but with all well designed necessities which the customers demand is considered . Most functions of dining , meeting and working are allocated in its lobby areas to get the community more closely. The only thing I am not get used to is u need to carry the bottle of filled water from the lobby cafe areas which might not convenient especially in the evening or for guest who prefer to drink hot tea or coffee at room.”

“酒店有兩層高，住的是2樓，但2樓整條走廊很多很多小型的昆蟲四圍飛 客房也有幾隻，要自己努力去拍死牠 房間OK，可以接受。 但是外面有勁大的噪音， 每天一早不知是垃圾車還是其他車輛經過簡直好像火車般嘈吵 難怪酒店會附送耳塞。 另外客房內的冷氣機勁嘈，非常之影響睡眠。 但係可以一讚的是酒店所處的位置比較安全， 不會有太多遊民 另外酒店員工非常之好，這個一定要讚他”

“住宿三天，有一晚是停电的，第二天早上也是断断续续的停电。至于其他都还挺好的！离Hollywood、星光大道都还蛮近的，开车几分钟就到了。”

“It started on a good note, we came a day early and we could rent the room an extra day, quick response but weird, Venmo an individual before getting any information but ok. We got to the room and it was as cold as a refrigerator. I had read another review that there was only one shared thermostat in the house, so we found it on the fourth floor and it was set to air conditioner at 57° no problem, we turned the heat on to 66. That didn’t last long as someone kept setting it back to air……

“Everything is fine, but unfortunately there is no breakfast service and laundry options. The traffic location is quite convenient, but the parking space is a little smaller.”

“房間隔音非常的差，不只能聽到走廊上的所有對話，連隔壁房的聲音也能聽得到。隔壁沖馬桶的聲音大到我們以為是我們房間的廁所馬桶聲音。 房間裏放了很多酒、水、還有很多我們不需要的東西（不是只有在冰箱及Mini bar），扇子、帽子、衣服等等，每樣東西都有明碼標價（標價當然很好，讓住客知道這需要另外付費）但這些商品佔據了房間內的空間，也讓人住起來很無法放鬆。”
