「Very beautiful!! Great location!! We were not given a run around or tour of the place or given the treatment everyone else staying there got. My now fiancé had asked beforehand if he proposed there in LA if we would be given anything and they told him we would be given a free bottle of wine. The day we got engaged, 7/1, we told the front desk staff, showed the engagement ring and they congratulated us and told us they would definitely give us something special. We got nothing the whole stay and...

「The room had a strong urine odor throughout our stay, which made it very uncomfortable. Additionally, the female staff member at the front desk was extremely unfriendly and rude — her attitude was unwelcoming and unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.」

「房間隔音非常的差，不只能聽到走廊上的所有對話，連隔壁房的聲音也能聽得到。隔壁沖馬桶的聲音大到我們以為是我們房間的廁所馬桶聲音。 房間裏放了很多酒、水、還有很多我們不需要的東西（不是只有在冰箱及Mini bar），扇子、帽子、衣服等等，每樣東西都有明碼標價（標價當然很好，讓住客知道這需要另外付費）但這些商品佔據了房間內的空間，也讓人住起來很無法放鬆。」
