"Breakfast menu was ok"

"The photos show a tall modern building, which turns out to be a random building in the area. Another building in the listed photos is the area post office, again not related to the hotel. The actual hotel is a dump with filthy stained carpets, super hard, uncomfortable beds, and not a single chair in the room to sit in, even though photos show chairs, couches, and even a small table and chairs. The photos also show a breakfast area, but that doesn't exist either. When we tried to check in, we had to have a man in the parking garage help to track down the front desk person so we could check in. The hotel was in a very sketchy, run down part of Chinatown. I would never return there again."

"Only complaint it’s too cold and you don’t have an individual thermostat. Paid 38 for parking."

"Upon checking in, we were informed of a major inconvenience: The water was turned off for 6 hours at the entire hotel on Wednesday April 15. Upon being turned back on, there was minimal water pressure and no hot water for 3 more hours. Also the room safe didn’t work. Finally, this property is in drastic need of renovation and refresh. Not up to Omni standards."

"This was my 1st time staying at this hotel and I will stay again and I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel was clean, my room was very clean and the view was amazing and the staff was professional. The breakfast buffet was good besides not having turkey bacon or turkey patties because not everyone eats pork."
