Very welcoming staff. Rooms are small but well appointed, and quiet. Bed is incredibly comfortable. The Inanna bar is lovely with a great view on the skyline. Hotel is walking distance from Central Market (15 min) and The Broad, Moca (30 min). Surroundings are safe.

An absolute gem of a hotel. Downtown is not what people say! Great staff, loved the $5 breakfast bag delivered to door and free coffee and water. Will definitely stay again on next trip.

The hotel was nice looking, lobby and rooms were stylish. But service wasn’t great. Room mini fridge didn’t work even after I had someone look at it. Twice ordered bucket of ice which took 45 mins to receive! The rooftop restaurant was excellent though, food and drinks great!

Several wonderful stays at the Hoxton

I’ve stayed at the hoxton in DTLA several times and I’ve always had a wonderful experience. The staff is really friendly and helpful and the hotel itself is clean and well appointed. I love the rooftop pool- it’s never too crowded and is always clean and furnished with several towels and complimentary sunscreen. highly recommend!

Retro-cool hotel with epic rooftop area

The rooms were beautifully designed, and the overall art deco look of the hotel was super-cool and congruent with the downtown architecture. Rooftop pool area was lovely, and even though the dining areas up there were closed during our stay, you could see how stunning they were. Nice service and laid back feel, and the location is very convenient for exploring DTLA. Recommended.

Stellar staff—kind and thoughtful, and went above and beyond (navigating food allergies—folks at Moonlark were wonderful, and when an alarm starting going off in the room next door at midnight, the staff immediately figured out how to find the issue and turn off the alarm). Great shower pressure and many thoughtful touches throughout, even if rooms definitely on the cozy side! Would happily return!
