「Excellent instructions on how to find the place and get in. Decently located for Ubering to destinations. Walking distance to a Target, which was great for groceries. Unit was spacious and well equipped. Fast internet. One of the windows however couldn't be fully closed. Not a big deal because the AC unit was strong enough to keep out the heat.」

「The drive was amazing and the scenery was beautiful. The property owner did respond to our emails in a quick manner but we had to reach out to get instructions the day of our trip. Advance instructions is just my preference. The entrance instructions were very clear but I was not aware when I booked that we were walking down and up stairs to get to our room in the back of the house. We stayed in our room area for sleeping and it was very comfortable. I loved the beds, the space and the room...

A few suggestions: More mats for bathroom -- floor is as slippery as ice in and out of the shower; MBR TV is very difficult to operate, and needs new remote. Electronics / remotes in main liv rm floor are confusing. Parking for one car only, and takes some practice. View is the best we've ever seen in L.A. Roads are very narrow but not a big problem.
