“Very cute home in a nice quiet neighborhood with shops and restaurants nearby. We also enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop deck. The 2 bedrooms in the main house were great for my husband and I and our teen girls. There is one shower in this part of the house (1 full bath and 1 1/2 bath with sink and toilet). (And a separate bathtub). Just past outdoor hall there’s another room which is mostly taken up by a bed. There’s an extra shower and toilet here. There are several steps up to the property and……

“Location is amazing, 3 minute walk to the beach, small supermarket across the street and many lovely cafes around. Walking distance(15 min) to Santa Monica Pier and Venice beach (25 min).Apt is very comfortable. We are a family of 5. Beds are comfortable, AC works well, view of beach is nice. “Excellent location- 5 minute walk from the beach. Had to contact property manager because the bathroom light/fan switch wasn’t working, but they fixed it the first day. Roof deck and roof pool were great. Would definitely return.”

“The location was great. On-site parking was a huge plus. It’s listed as 2 bedroom and den but is essentially a three bedroom house. Lots of space. There was a pack-n-play in the upstairs closet which was a pleasant surprise. Friendly neighbors/felt very safe. A couple of small cleanliness issues and the front door lock needs to be repaired, but owner was aware/planning to fix. I’d definitely stay here again. ”
