「The only issue we had was really with the cleaning service as the bed sheets were not changed and still had sand in the sheets cakes on that had been from the previous guest and i had to sleep on top of the sheets so i didn't feel the sand the first night. Other then that the stay was great」

「Great stay for a couple wanting access to LA but wanting to stay somewhere outside of the city. Culver City fits the bill and feels like a small town, but it's still fairly easy to get to all the things in LA (with a car, duh). The place is in a quiet, safe, neighborhood, parking on the street is easy, and being able to walk to restaurants and shops is a plus. The Jackson Market a couple of blocks away is awesome for coffee and sandwiches and the back courtyard is gorgeous.」

「We stayed at Shaahin’s house for 9 nights during March break 2025. First of all, great location. Short drive to Venice Beach, Abbot Kinney, Marina Del Ray and Santa Monica. Also it only took about 15 min to/from LAX. Even the drive to Disney was only about 45-50 min in rush hour. I was a bit doubtful about the claim that we could easily find street parking directly outside the house (I’m from Toronto where that doesn’t happen). BUT we did park directly outside each day or at most one house...

「Nice place, nice neighborhood (though parking a second vehicle isn’t so easy). Place is well-appointed, good appliances and gear in kitchen. Plentiful dry goods (Kleenex, tp, etc.). Comfy for 10 days.Negative: new appliances and thermostat but no instructions. AC kept coming on (and freezing us out) every night at 9pm. Coffee maker wonky (no instructions). Owner was responsive night one, much less thereafter.」
