“The apartment was very nice, spacious and comfortable. Only reason for the 4 stars is the address is further from the beach then described in the ad. The building is very nice and the owners instructions were very detailed. If I am in the area I would love to stay again. ”

“Excellent, walkable area. We were in LA for a hockey game at Crypto.com arena. Jordi's place served the purpose very well. It was easy to find, check in and park. There were tons of places to eat and see in the area as well and we didn't feel unsafe at any time. The condo itself was even better than we'd hoped. It was very large and spacious and the pull out couch was very comfortable (so said our 23 year old daughter, hah!). It was also well equipped with all appliances and dishes you'd need……

“Works great as a place to stay while touring Disney universal and local beaches.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Glendale. We were in town for a wedding, but stayed a few extra days. We loved being able to walk to so many shops and stores nearby. This unit is just as described in the listing. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of supplies left for us. We didn't have to run to the store for anything! There were plenty of extra towels, soaps of every kind, and kitchen supplies too. One thing I really appreciate is having a Brita in the fridge. The owner……

“This apartment is even larger than we expected. It had everything we needed and the location is perfect! It is walkable to anything you need. Also, the owner is extremely responsive. If anything needs to be fixed or cleaned, it’s as easy as a text. I would definitely stay here again! ”

“This was a great place to stay - view, space and location. We loved walking to the beach to watch surfing and volleyball as well as relax on the sand. We also walked the hills and boardwalk enjoying the architecture, gardens and ocean breezes on our way to nearby cafe’s. A short drive to downtown shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend. ”

“Check was easy, parking was great even though our car was too big for garage. Street parking was plentiful and free using the supplied hangtag. You can’t beat this location! We spent two weeks here and would definitely return. Jim, our host was responsive and always helpful. ”

“I came to California for a long weekend to visit my new granddaughter. I wanted a location that was close to my sons's house. My plan was simply to sleep at the VRBO since most of our time was going to be spent at my son's house. This location was perfect. The property was very clean and exactly what we wanted. The host had excellent communication with us. Everything worked out perfectly.”

“We stayed at this property for one month and really had a great time.The kitchen is well equipt. The bed is very comfortable. Thepool ara was great. We signed up for the gym and it was very satifactory.We are hoping to return.”

“The property is conveniently located near plenty of restaurant options on a quiet street, but the unit is not well maintained. We found two dead roaches in the apartment. Their is signifucsnt water damage in the bedroom, the bathroom ceiling has mold, the shelves are falling off the wall, and there is a hole in the ceiling where the bathroom fan/vent should be. The door to the laundry room also doesnt seem secure. There is a glass door connecting to outisde and the interior door doesnt lock.……

“This property is amazing. Great location within walking distance to everything we needed. The host was excellent at communicating with us and provided all of the details that we needed. We would definitely stay here again when visiting this area. ”
