Walking distance(15 min) to Santa Monica Pier and Venice beach (25 min).Apt is very comfortable. We are a family of 5. Beds are comfortable, AC works well, view of beach is nice. Garage was always open but it’s a great addition and we felt very safe in the building and area. Good shower it would have been nice to have 2 showers but at least there are 2 bathrooms.
