Great rental

This is a cute rental in a great location. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and grocery stores. It is an easy 30 minute walk to the beach (there are steps down to the beach ). It was very clean and well stocked with items I needed to cook. Pictures are accurate, it is on the second floor which was no problem Owners were easy to communicate with and accommodating to my early arrival. 10/10 I would stay there again

Lovely home away from home

I was displaced due to the Palisades fire 1/7/25 and was thankful to find an airy bright apartment in a beautiful neighborhood near shops and trendy restaurants. My host Sara was thoughtful and helpful with all my needs. The apartment is super clean and furnished thoughtfully to cover my living requirements over many weeks. I highly recommend this delightful accommodation

Highly Recommended

This is a great place to stay, the neighborhood is convenient and safe and Sara, our host, was wonderful. She was always available for any questions or help. The apartment is very comfortable, just like a home away from home.

Charming and convenient

Great location. Coffee shops, stores, restaurants all nearby but very quiet, upscale location. A beautiful one mile walk to the ocean. Place is spotless and nicely decorated with several amenities such as extra towels, soaps and cream, some food to welcome you. Highly recommend We hope to return!

An Idyllic stay

As advertised, a beautiful apartment one block off Montana where multiple high-end restaurants and shops are located. The place was immaculately cleaned, the host even had a coffee cake waiting to welcome me. The kitchen had all the amenities one could ask for. The communication with the managers was excellent, even allowing me an early check in

Charming apartment North of Montana

Very clean and comfortable with lots of amenities. Communication was excellent. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood---great location. Would stay again. Only thing to note---we were given a parking permit but parking not guaranteed. We had to park over a block away when we checked in, and then had to move the car for street cleaning. Not a huge deal for us, did not detract from our stay.

Very nice accommodation in a wonderful location

Fabulous Place

We had stayed at this location before and were very happy to be back. The place is lovely. It is very comfortable and has everything you need. The hosts are gracious and very responsive. The location is great - near great restaurants on Montana, groceries, and a great bagel shop. The nearby streets are lovely if you want to take a walk. This is the best place we've stayed in Santa Monica. If it is available, look no further.

We loved staying here Apartment was very clean and host had prepared fresh milk and pastry . There were extra blankets and pillows But most of all the house was beautiful and location was absolutely perfect It is next to Montana ave with restaurants and cute shops We would definitely stay again and I thank the owner to open their lovely house to us

Wonderful place!

This property was gorgeous and in a fabulous location. It is within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, and even a Whole Foods. It was spotless and the checkin and checkout instructions were flawless. Most importantly, the owners were very communicative, friendly, and helpful. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
