"Terrible experience the guest house was filthy, it had one fork, it did not have working Internet or a working TV. It said it had a blender. It did not it didn’t even have proper sheets on the bed. I found a giant cockroach in the bathroom. I asked Vrbo to move me immediately. They just gave me a runaround and never moved me. I had to buy a Roku to make the TV work for myself. I had to buy a blender.. I had to buy pillows and sheets and a duvet cover. This guest house is not fit to be rented out...

"Absolutely a perfect place for a family of four looking to enjoy Hollywood. Food and entertainment are within walking distance. The neighborhood is dog-friendly. I wish I had brought my furry love. The clubhouse was a huge plus, and the kids enjoyed playing pool and foosball. The rooms are spacious and so are the restrooms. The only thing is that the place isn’t well stocked, but with the price on the property, it’s totally worth running to the grocery store to grab a few items. Definitely...

"We arrived at location and had to find the unit that we rented out. At this location there are many units. We found our and the unit was extremely hot. We immediately turned on the AC in the unit and went to the pool. The pool was falling apart the tiles are broken off and in the pool floating around. Got back to the room which was still extremely hot. Wanted to leave but the unit would not lock from the outside. Was told by owner to just use the stick provided to lock from inside but again...

"Convenient location, I got a discounted price. I asked and was given a courtesy late checkout time by 30 minutes. Comfortable bed. Fancy toilet with many buttons for washing one's undersides. But it was a really hot day and there was no way to turn off the heated toilet seat. Shower head was good. There are cheaper public parking garages on Beverly Blvd and Wilshire Blvd one block away. Best of all is Chaumont Bakery, only 5 mins. walk away on Beverly Blvd, a great place for brunch. Order the almond croissant and mushroom omelet, they are divine."

"I’m not used to much below 4-5 star places but for the boutique experience the staff really made this place incredible to stay. The pool on the sister property was a surprise to me but it wasn’t an impediment. The decor is sweet and unique but it was really the team that made it great."
