“Terrible experience the guest house was filthy, it had one fork, it did not have working Internet or a working TV. It said it had a blender. It did not it didn’t even have proper sheets on the bed. I found a giant cockroach in the bathroom. I asked Vrbo to move me immediately. They just gave me a runaround and never moved me. I had to buy a Roku to make the TV work for myself. I had to buy a blender.. I had to buy pillows and sheets and a duvet cover. This guest house is not fit to be rented out……

“We arrived at location and had to find the unit that we rented out. At this location there are many units. We found our and the unit was extremely hot. We immediately turned on the AC in the unit and went to the pool. The pool was falling apart the tiles are broken off and in the pool floating around. Got back to the room which was still extremely hot. Wanted to leave but the unit would not lock from the outside. Was told by owner to just use the stick provided to lock from inside but again……

Culver City fits the bill and feels like a small town, but it's still fairly easy to get to all the things in LA (with a car, duh). The place is in a quiet, safe, neighborhood, parking on the street is easy, and being able to walk to restaurants and shops is a plus. The Jackson Market a couple of blocks away is awesome for coffee and sandwiches and the back courtyard is gorgeous.”

A bit confusing on how to find it as it is a back cottage. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen (though not used) is well stocked. What was not mentioned was there is a construction project of a towering addition to the front house so construction materials & workers were present. Work began at 8 am. The walkway back to the cottage is not for rolling……
