「The experience wasn't horrible. Just an old hotel near the LAX. nothing stood out except for its location.」

「First, we are not being informed of being given a connected room with noises hearing from next room. Second, the shower gel is missing in bathroom and the floor of bathroom is sticky. Third, the alarm is not reset to off and we are being woken up at 6am. Yet, the staff is nice there and help provide remedy.」

「all good 」

「The room is quite tight but with all well designed necessities which the customers demand is considered . Most functions of dining , meeting and working are allocated in its lobby areas to get the community more closely. The only thing I am not get used to is u need to carry the bottle of filled water from the lobby cafe areas which might not convenient especially in the evening or for guest who prefer to drink hot tea or coffee at room.」

「Gold」

「So far so good 」

「I can’t not get any service.」

「This hotel is pretty old. The AC is noisy and is located right above my head, which is annoying. I won’t stay here going forward.」

「My room(s) we're clean as always. No complaints there. This is my third time staying there never had any issues until this final stay whereby I had to switch rooms at 11pm because the outlets in the room were not working. To add to that both nights I was there the TVs we're not working, so I couldn't watch television at all. I was told that it was out of there control so nothing could be done about it. Nice knowing ya freehand , won't be staying there ever again.」
