"Yes clan room Staffs are good "

"Everything good. But things that can be improved. 1) provide complimentary water bottles. 2) destination fee was a surprise 3) no bell boy service 4) parking is super expensive. $50 per day 5) swimming pool was very cold. I understand it is winter time, but they could have heated the pool. The breakfast service staff were very good & caring. "

"This hotel went above and beyond. I paid a cash deposit and left with out remembering to get it back. They mailed it to me within days. They contacted me, and made sure I got My money. Honest people! Clean hotel. Snacks, coffee. Close to everything Hollywood. "

"The main drawback was that my room faced the street and was quite noisy at night. I was woken up several times and didn’t get a very good night’s sleep."

"The front desk staff were super sweet & helpful. The room I stayed in was very clean, unique and plenty of space. Location is ideal. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area. Worth the price and felt safe here even though I was traveling alone. "
