“The property is located RIGHT NEXT to another property that was under construction! This was NOT disclosed when I booked my reservation! The area where the beach chairs, which was not the actual beach depicted in the photos, was within 50 feet of where outside construction was occurring. Which lasts from 7 AM to 7 PM! The day I arrived, the noise was that of nail guns and sawing. The next day, it was a welder, including sparks flying! Which is EXTREMELY dangerous to not only people but a HUGE……

“The property has a great location. The parking spot was very convenient. The host was very responsive every time I had a question. Laundry room on site was great. The space was large but there wasn’t much of any amenities inside the apartment but there was enough to survive a couple days. Great price for the location and space.”

“The host was very responsive. The parking in the back is extremely tight, especially for big vehicles. The kitchen is super neat and you have everything you need in there. My only concern was the sleeper sofa. If you have any back problems, like me, this won't work for you. We gave the bedroom to our grandma so my back felt it a little. It's just not comfortable. “Cozy little apartment in koreatown. The place was clean. Check in was easy. Finding the place was a little complicated but secured parking and place.”

“The entire apartment was clean, and nicely decorated. The bathroom, clean with clean towels, with shampoo, hair conditioner, and body wash in the shower. There extra clean towels in the linen closet and all the sheets on the beds were clean and freshly made. The Keurig was a nice touch, and was fully stocked with coffee pods. The beach is just across the street and has a nice Eatery there. A nice dog beach north of the eatery, and a people beach to the south. A grocery store about a mile……
