“The place is in a desirable area, safe and pretty. Juan told us about a local coffee shop within walking distance. It offers lots of breakfast/ pastries items and lunch. The food was delicious. I like to bake and am picky about pastries and desserts. I'm a fan of local/family business, too .Juan is very quick to respond and friendly. We stayed two nights to visit and museums and attended an opera. We used Uber services. It cost about $25.00 to get to the Dorothy Chandler. So if you don't like……

“It started on a good note, we came a day early and we could rent the room an extra day, quick response but weird, Venmo an individual before getting any information but ok. We got to the room and it was as cold as a refrigerator. I had read another review that there was only one shared thermostat in the house, so we found it on the fourth floor and it was set to air conditioner at 57° no problem, we turned the heat on to 66. That didn’t last long as someone kept setting it back to air……
