We arrived to find dirty floors, dust, used kitchen sponges, laundry left in the washing machine, missing household items, and an unusable sofa bed that was severely sagging. The biggest issue was the sleeping arrangements. We booked this property expecting proper beds, but spent the first night on a sofa that was not suitable for sleeping. 「The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, had everything we needed. We stayed 5 nights and the only downside which has nothing to do with the apartment itself, is that the area is quite noisy all night and a little run down. The houses that face the bedroom have cats fighting and meowing to get in all night, dogs barking, and people outside talking each night.
