“Nice place, good location for Disney. Clean, well appointed.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this property and would definitely stay here again. We loved that there were bikes we could use, chairs for when we sat on the beach, and we were walking distance to so many great Newport Beach spots. My only very minor complaint was that it was located on Balboa, which can get a little noisy, but it only bothered the upstairs bedroom occupant. We brought ear plugs so it was all good. ”

“The Pineapple suit is perfect for a couple or a small family. The location was perfect, but I think it's my timing was not so great. I was looking forward to walking to the beach, but there were construction going on. The host did let us know before we got there. Parking is not so great either if you have an SUV or Mini Van. A smaller vehicle like a Mini Cooper would be the ideal size for the amount of space. And the amount of stairs if someone with mobiles issues this is not an ideal property.……

“Best thing is the location, a short, easy walk to the beach. Worst thing is the tight parking. I was lucky to find street parking as I would not want to have to squeeze a second car in! The house is very comfortable and we enjoyed the selection of games and toys. Only two small quibbles - I had asked if there was coffee and told yes, but there wasn't. Fortunately a good coffee place nearby! Also, I had asked about beach toys and didn't get an answer - there were plenty of shovels and rakes and……

“The listing says that it is walking distance to Disneyland. It is not. We had to drive and pay money to park every single day. Also, we had issues with the hot tub and the host just stopped responding. The kitchen needs to be stocked better. And they need to have more towels.Also, it is not the host’s fault, but the neighbors behind the home have very bright lights that they leave on all night long and so two of the bedrooms do not get very dark, even with the curtains. Other than that, it was……
