The second I got into my room and assigned bed, she told me I couldn’t turn lights on, put the a/c on and had to ask her permission to use the bathroom. The staff couldn’t accommodate me and promised they would notate an allowance for a refund through Expedia. However, after repeated attempts by Expedia to contact them and no response from the staff, Expedia denied my request for a refund.」
