"Staff super attentive and clean room "

"Never stayed at a Sonesta Hotel. Exceeded expectations. Staff was friendly and hotel was clean. Pool was clean and temperature was amazingly warm and the outdoor area was a great place to chill and relax. There was a large artificial grassy area with strung lights and comfy seating. The room was nicely decorated and enjoyed the spacious shower. One gripe was the $39 parking fee which seemed to par for the area. "

"Everything was great except one thing: The massive video screens in the lobby and restaurant. They are dystopian and horrific. Guests don't need to be assaulted by humongous screens with moving AI generated content when they are trying to wind down from work, which often involves starring at screens. Nice soft jazz, tasteful artwork, soft lighting. Do that and the hotel will be perfect. "

"If you have the option - stay here when flying in and out of SNA. We originally booked at a nearby hotel in the same parking lot but swiftly left due to safety and cleanliness concerns. With my very tired family in tow, we were checked in within 5 mins and on our way to hot showers and a very pristine and clean room. The staff here is amazing, they know hospitality and the importance of a “grace note”. Breakfast is always great with lots of options, and they have coffee and tea available almost all day, along with ice water infused with cucumbers and lime. Just top notch all around. "
