“The inside of the property is remodeled and most parts are in very good condition. Extra twin bed was very squeaky. Cleaning was average. Outside of the townhouse complex definitely needs work, but some work has been started. Pool area is very average and no umbrellas. The location to Disneyland and the inside space do make the property worth it though.”

I will note that the walkable beach access from the property was closed for city retrofitting contruction from what I think was a landslide so that was a bummer!”

“In some ways, I wanted to give this a 4 star rating since the place was in need of some updating. The refrigerator did not have an operating ice maker or filtered water. There was a pretty good climb to get to the second floor with luggage and the 3rd floor with groceries and liquids. But in terms of other things, I would rate this a 5 star. There were TVs in almost every room (watch your head in the master bedroom - I bonked my head a couple of times). Beds were very comfortable snd the rooms……

“This house and location was perfect! It was just as advertised. Communication was great, plenty of extra pillows and blankets, kitchen was well stocked, and it was very clean. Parking is a challenge if you are driving a large SUV, and you need to bring your own beach equipment. We will definitely look at renting here again!”
