「The location is nice, close to restaurants and Disney. the only issue we had was the floor was a little dirty. When wearing no shoes or just our socks around the location, our feet and white socks were black on the bottom after an hour of walking around.」

「Beds were comfortable and suited my rest well.」

「I felt like the description online was accurate. This was a simple 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom setup. The kitchen was very sparse with supplies, but that was fine with us because we just needed a place to sleep and a refrigerator.」

「The host is very communicative and responds quickly. Place is clean and very inviting. My teenage daughter and I had plenty of space.」

「Room was on the smaller side but had everything I needed including fridge and coffee machine. Easy parking too made it practical when on my own schedule without fussing around public transit or shuttles.」

「Fair value considering location and included parking spot right by our door.」

「Easy parking. Clean.」

「Grace’s apartment was perfect for our family of four with two teenagers! It features two big King beds, and when one son's cough kept the other awake, Grace sent a comfortable cot with full bedding the very next day so we could separate them. She was extremely responsive and accommodating. The apartment is very well ventilated, but the AC blew nice and cold when we used it, and the big TV kept everyone entertained during the World Cup. We loved sitting on the cute kitchen balcony for morning...

「Clean, cozy, convenient. No lobby, just a self check-in.」

「Would tell anyone passing through Costa Mesa to stop here. Peaceful nights, cozy bed, and the pool was a great way to relax after long days out.」
