“House is nice, everything was as described. I saw comments about the alley in the back but to be honest the parking is behind a gate and so is the garbage dumpster so everything is secured then you walk right to the condo so I felt safe. The only thing I would ask is to leave an extra trash bag if guest are staying more than 1 day and possible have a mop in case of accidents. But overall this place is wonder and beds are very comfortable.”

“**Older adults and heavy luggage beware** the outdoor very narrow spiral stair case is the only entrance and it was difficult to navigate. Host was very attentive until we checked in. Once we got into the room, it was lovely. Well furnished and we appreciated the hotel like atmosphere with coffee and supplies, utensils. We also had Grubhub delivered twice without issue. “This was the best! The location was perfect and the accommodations were so nice. The beach was just a short walk across a parking lot. All the neighbors were very friendly and the neighborhood was quiet. It looked exactly like the pictures. It was very nice to have two king size beds and a huge couch. We never used the laundry because we didn’t realize there was one, but it was just downstairs! The host was very responsive. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in town!”
