「Nice hotel from the facilities to the staff, but the prices are very high for anything at the restaurant and convenience store or to park a vehicle. We were in town for a conference at UCI which was reasonably accessible. The location next to the back bay trails was really great from a recreational perspective, but there's very few amenities within walking distance (a coffee shop is nearby, otherwise you're walking across the highway to a few restaurants or 1.5 miles to the nearest grocery...

「This seems to be a very chaotic area. There are several homeless people shouting downstairs at the hotel. Inside the hotel, there are unidentified individuals banging on other room doors, causing a commotion. The area is filled with drug users, giving a very unsafe feeling. Moreover, the facilities are very outdated and in poor condition. I do not recommend staying here.」
