As former residents of HB, it was important that we be near the beach; the condo’s location was ideal and having dedicated parking in that part of Sunset was ideal; a quick walk and you’re in the sand! The home itself is lovely - the pictures online are absolutely what you see when you’re there. We especially appreciated having the option to run the AC splits,……

You are walking distance to Moulin and the new food court which both have wonderful food and beverage options and of course, close to North Beach. Peter and Cathy were great hosts. Cathy was really responsive throughout our stay. I highly recommend!!”

The unit itself was spacious, and we appreciated having a designated parking space and being close to the beach since we were staying for Warped Tour weekend. We initially had trouble accessing the unit because the provided door code did not work, but Linda responded promptly and helped us resolve it.The main drawback was that we did not feel entirely comfortable with the unit’s security……
