「The property did not match the description in the listing. Some of the pictures were of a different unit, it was very small, old, not well maintained, and the outside furniture wasn't usable. The nearest beach access at Cleo Street was closed for construction. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating in helping us find another spot.」

「We have stayed in this unit 4 times since 2019 (under a different owner). We love the location, ease of parking, views (some of the best in Laguna). The new management company has not updated any of the emergency numbers in the unit (suggest they do that soon) The day we were to check in we received notification that there was no gas in the unit. We decided to stay without the gas (so many restaurants near by there), the management company made arrangements for us to shower across the...

「Even the pictures do not do this property justice. The cleanliness. The interior design. The ocean view is breathtaking. When I showed up the manager of the property upgraded me for free to the 2 bedroom unit. I could not recommend this enough. 」

Ants roamed the kitchen and bathroom. Paying 5star price we didn't expect such a condition and the host eventually became hostile about our complaints.」

「Perhaps 10 years ago, this was a good property with a wonderful view. Today it is rundown and filthy. There were cockroaches in our unit, french fries underneath the beds, an icemaker that quit working and was very noisy and no one came to fix it. The furniture was torn and filthy. No direction or help when we had issues.」
