“The property is across the board walk from the beach, so couldn't be easier to enjoy the huge sands and ocean. The home itself has a terrific view with the beach side wall being all glass, with a glassed in balcony. Everything you need contained within, high beamed ceiling, comfy seating, and a fully contained kitchen. Our four footed family loved the walks on the beach before 10 and after 4:30. “This was such a cute home close to everything , lots of beach equipment provided which was nice. It is comfortable for a small family and it was great to have designated parking ! “We absolutely loved the view of the bay and the ability to take paddle boards from the garage across the street for use whenever we wanted. The street is nice and quiet and you can walk across Balboa to get to the beach very easily. Also, the beach around ninth street and around there is not too crowded. The previous reviews were very helpful in knowing that you had to walk through the master bedroom, if you wanted to use the bathroom from the bunk room at night. That was not a big deal for us……
