"We returned to Catalina and Hamilton Cove after 15 years. The Villa was as we remembered it. It also has a major challenge as it is 76 steps up and 76 steps down. If you go in and out twice a day that is over 300 steps. This probably mentioned especially if you have difficulty with steps. The villa has multiple tv access but no instructions on how to use. Villa and Catalina were good memories, steps not so much."

"So they used to have a continental breakfast in the hotel lobby with coffee, cereal, waffles etc. they have done away with everything there’s not even a coffee pot in the lobby so you literally have to walk all the way down the hill to the closest coffee shop very inconvenient at 6 o’clock in the morning"

"The hot tub was perfect with a great view of the beach and boats oared. The accommodation was welcoming and cozy. I slept great! The atmosphere outside was a lovely bustling courtyard out the window that charged the air. It was such a nice contrast from the patio. Front desk was sweet and it made the stay feel easy. I noticed some issues come up with other guest as I was walking around and the staff were very prompt to help out, just random bizarre issues I didn't witness the initial situation but I did see the staff coming to save the day and being nice and the guest being very appreciative"

"Super cute space that served us well. Def older- our shower dripped and it smelt musky, but everything was clean and presentable. Having the full kitchen was great. Nothing super fancy, but met our needs and was comfortable. Front desk wasn’t helpful with the free ride from the ferry or storing luggage, also kept odd hours. But they weren’t rude, either. It is at the top of a hill for a walk so plan for that!"

"Appreciate the early two-hour check-in after arriving on the island 6 hours before check-in time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our first-floor room was larger than expected for a queen-size bed and had a private outdoor patio. Also, the hotel is within walking distance of restaurants and shops."

"My girlfriend and I stayed at the Glenmore for 2 days we loved it. It was perfect for what we needed it. It couldn’t get more cozy than this. It was walking distance from everything we had already planned and the staff was extremely welcoming and always checked in on guests. They had waters for us if needed and bags of ice. Genuinely, the only thing that stood out to me was the size of the bathroom, as I felt cramped every time I had to use the facilities. Other than that, we enjoyed our time here and will absolutely be back."

"The hotel was clean, and nicely decorated. It had a "casa blanca" feel. We felt very peaceful and enjoyed out visit very much. The staff was very courteous and professional. The standard rooms are on the small side but very nice, comfy and modern. Complimentary champagne in the fridge is a nice perk. On our last day they stored our bags all day, and the front desk even recharged my cellphone. When we arrived I mentioned that I prepaid for a tour and they applied a hotel discount to our tour. Overall, a very memorable and enjoyable stay,"
