「The staff was excellent and helpful. The hotel was in a great location, close to everything. The carpet could of been a little cleaner and the fact they used single ply toilet paper, otherwise wonderful.」

「On the very night I checked in, I found numerous strands of hair on the bed.」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay. This is a hotel with character, just like the town and island; they each fit together.」

「The view of the beautiful ocean is amazing, but I can't connect to the internet. I keep entering the password but it keeps showing a connection failure; it seems the router isn't providing network service.」

「Avalon is perfect especially in the inn that we feel!」

「We had a wonderful experience at Snug Harbor Inn! The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Avalon, with beautiful surroundings and a charming, relaxing atmosphere. The property has a lovely boutique feel that makes it perfect for a romantic getaway. What truly makes this place special is its intimate atmosphere and attention to detail. It’s the kind of place where you can unwind, enjoy the beauty of Catalina Island, and create wonderful memories. I would highly recommend Snug Harbor...

「Check in is good and smooth. room is clean. Staffs are very nice. 」

「Charming and clean. We love the age of this hotel. So much character. The bed was comfortable and we were happy to have a kitchen. The staff is friendly, helpful, and take care of the beautiful flowers and outdoor space. It is also a close walk to the grocery store.」
