「The property is unique, first the staff was amazing they were very helpful and kind. Easy access to food in the queen Mary and outside as well. The issue I had was with the bathroom. This may be due to the age of the ship but the water pressure was non existent and there was a leak from the toilet each time it flushed. Overall it was a great experience and I enjoyed my time there the bartender at the observation bar was great 😃」

「Great property! Never felt unsafe when walking from my event and back. It was very close to the event, so that helped, too. There were lots of dining options around. The room was cute! I was on the first floor, so didn’t really have a normal window situation, but was still able to get air flow if I wanted. Pipes were a little loud but nothing too unreasonable. Staff was very accommodating on check in when my flight was delayed. I was able to keep them updated through a text and they responded...

「Room was super , toiletries were good , bath towels ample , TV was great , overall good . i have room next to parking lot , so little noisy in area when parking of car , close door neighbour can hear , walls are not thick enough to control noise , close to walking area Aqarium , breakfast spread ok .Seating area were less.
