Staff was lovely. Amenities is disappointing. No gym inside, no actual water front access and almost impossible to walk anywhere. Rent a bike? You’ll be on a major street and not the water side. Beach toy with no sand. Room service staff and front desk were amazing. So was our driver.

We loved our stay at the Balboa Bay Resort. Beautiful resort and great location on the bay. I was beyond impressed with the customer service and how all the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay!

From being greeted by valet, the polite check in staff, our beautiful - shiny clean room, staffs politeness...this hotel experience was better than our last experience at The Grand California at Disneyland. I give this hotel, staff nd ambience a perfect 10. They did a turn down service when we went to dinner. Lovely

Welcoming and friendly! From the moment we entered Balboa Bay Resort we were treated with warm greetings, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was very bright and very clean. We would recommend this resort!
