「I am very angry about this stay. When I checked in, the door and windows were left open, and the room smelled damp and moldy. The curtain had what looked like blood stains, and the bedsheet had mold spots. Since it was already late and I had a full workday the next day, I reluctantly decided to stay. When I picked up the plastic “Do Not Disturb” sign, I found oil on it, which was disgusting. The room had almost no sound insulation. 「The check-in and waitstaff were very kind and accomodating. The room was exactly as described. There was not a breakfast buffet as described on Expedia and there was not a pool bar as described on the website which was disappointing. Lastly, the photos do a great job of hiding how close to the freeway the pool is. I wish I would have looked at an overhead map before booking.」

「The room cleaning was really disappointing and not up to standard. The hotel offers a daily USD 15 credit per room for restaurant spending, but when we stayed in two rooms and spent USD 30 at Starbucks, it wasn’t deducted at checkout. Since my bill was sent directly to my email, I only realized the mistake after receiving it. Very frustrating experience.」
